Hello Elders

April is winding down and soon summer will be upon us. The nicest days to live in Florida are almost over, so enjoy them while they last!

This week we will be pleased to hear from Brother Prather teaching Lesson #8 from the Joseph Smith Manual. The lesson is on the Melchizedek Priesthood and will be an awesome learning experience for all of us. Please take a minute to read the lesson before class...here's the link:

Also, the financial fireside previously scheduled for this Sunday has been changed to avoid conflicting with the stake standards night. It is now going to be on Sunday, May 4th and here are the details again:

Date: April 27th
Place: Our chapel
Time: 7:00 pm
Speaker: Scott M. Farnsworth
Topic: Managing Money in Tough Times - learn the principles of debt management, family budgeting, financial planning, the importance of tithing, and general financial stability

The spiritual thought this week comes from the lesson: "It is the channel through which the Almighty commenced revealing His glory at the beginning of the creation of this earth, and through which He has continued to reveal Himself to the children of men to the present time, and through which He will make known His purposes to the end of time.” Joseph Smith

We love you all and look forward to seeing you in quorum on Sunday.
